Professional background
Before starting my notary and insurance practice, I spent several years working in healthcare operations and the insurance and financial services industry, where I developed a strong foundation in coordination, compliance, and client service.
In my current daytime role supporting surgical operations at one of Southern California's leading hospitals, I coordinate hundreds of elective procedures every month across multiple facilities, working closely with physicians, clinical staff, patients, and outside vendors to ensure schedules, insurance verification, and resources are aligned.
Earlier in my career, I worked in administrative and agent support roles within the insurance and financial services industry, where I built a strong foundation in recruitment, onboarding, licensing, and client service while also participating in insurance and financial planning conversations with clients.
Today, I bring together that experience to offer responsive, personalized service without the pressure of a large call center or corporate office.
