Standard Fees
Acknowledgments: $15 per signature
Jurats: $15 per individual taking oath of affirmation and certificate
Depositions:
$30 for all deposition services
$7 for oath
$7 for certificate
Certified Copies of Power of Attorney: $15 for each power of attorney
Copies of Journal Entry: 30¢ per page
Travel Fee: $15 base + $1/mile from 90034.
Maximum notary fees as specified in California Government Code § 8206 and § 8211. California law sets the maximum fee at $15 per notarized signature. For mobile notary appointments, exact travel fee(s) will always be confirmed prior to our appointment.

If your document is being used outside of the United States, it may require an apostille certification. I assist clients with the notarization and processing required to obtain an apostille through the California Secretary of State.
