I provide mobile notary services throughout the Westside of Los Angeles, with appointments available during business hours as well as evenings and weekends by appointment.
Whether you need a single document notarized or several signatures completed at your office, I'm happy to work around your schedule whenever possible.

Questions I can help answer:
What documents typically require notarization?
Every situation is different, but business owners commonly need notarization for:
Commercial lease documents
Loan and financing documents
Affidavits and sworn statements
Powers of Attorney
Corporate resolutions
Business agreements
Vendor and licensing paperwork
If you're unsure whether a document requires notarization, feel free to ask before scheduling an appointment.
Many of my business clients first contact me for insurance solutions and later discover that they also need a notary for loan documents, lease paperwork, business filings, or other important transactions. Being able to assist with both services helps simplify the process during busy periods such as opening, expanding, or relocating a business.
Can you travel to my office?
Yes.
I provide mobile notary appointments throughout Los Angeles County. I am based in West Los Angeles and primarily serve clients across the Westside, including Culver City, Venice, Santa Monica, and surrounding communities.
I can meet you at your office, business location, residence, hospital, or another mutually convenient location.
Travel fees apply and are calculated based on the appointment location. In accordance with California law, any travel fee will always be disclosed and confirmed prior to your appointment.
Can you notarize loan documents?
Yes.
I can notarize many types of loan documents, including business financing packages, provided they do not require the services of a certified loan signing agent.
If your transaction requires a specialized loan signing, I'm happy to discuss your needs and determine the appropriate type of appointment.
Do you offer after-hours appointments?
Yes.
Appointments are available during evenings, weekends, and many holidays by appointment, making it easier to accommodate busy work schedules and time-sensitive transactions.
